We may suspend or terminate your access to SwiftBillApp at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law. You may also delete your account at any time through the app.

SwiftBillApp is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or performance of the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of SwiftBillApp.
